The Heart of the Event,
Our Volunteers!
The inaugural County Kids of Steel Triathlon launched in June 2007 and ran successfully through 2019. After a brief hiatus, we were thrilled to welcome the event back in 2025 and are excited to continue building on its strong legacy.
Hosted at the Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre in Picton, the race is made possible entirely by a dedicated committee of volunteers. From registration and transition-zone marshalling to handing out water, event set-up and take-down, and many other race-day roles, there are plenty of ways to get involved before, during, and after the event.
If you’re looking to support one of the most wholesome and inspiring events in The County, we’d love to have you on the team. Click the link below to learn more about volunteering with County Kids of Steel.
